Speakers wanted

3 women who code who were invited to participate in a discussion panel at one of our crossover events.

A few times a year we host an event called TechTalks, where we invite a few speakers to give a talk about a few predefined topics.

Speaking at our events

Who are we looking for?

We are mostly looking for fellow women who code to speak at our events. In terms of experience we just want to say you don't need tons of experience. Just be comfortable enough to speak English and have the eagerness to step on that stage and share your knowledge or your story! In other words, we welcome both first-time speakers as seasoned ones.

Our focus group

You might've already guessed this one, but our focus audience for these events are all kinds of women who code, each with various backgrounds, different specialisations and skill levels.

Talk topics

We narrowed down a list of topics to give you an idea of what you could talk about at one of our events. Other topics are welcome to as long as we deem them a good fit for our audience.

Coding topics

  • Front-end development
  • Back-end development
  • Devops
  • Software development
  • Game development
  • Data science
  • Mobile development
  • General code-related knowledge, such as best practices...

Other topics

  • Soft skills
  • Work/life balance
  • Women in tech / diversity in tech (depending on the topic)
